This spring, Recreation Jewels travelled to the French Riviera for one of our most exciting pop-ups yet, partnering with Spanish footwear brand Flabelus during the world-famous Cannes Film Festival.
For several days, we took over Flabelus' beautiful boutique in the heart of Cannes, introducing Recreation Jewels to an international audience while one of the biggest events in the film industry unfolded around us.
With visitors from across the world filling the city, Cannes provided the perfect setting for our colourful waterproof jewellery and an unforgettable week of meeting new customers, discovering local businesses and experiencing the incredible atmosphere of the Film Festival.
Partnering with Flabelus
One of the highlights of the trip was collaborating with Flabelus, a brand we've admired for its colourful, timeless footwear inspired by traditional Venetian slippers.
Their beautiful Cannes boutique became home to Recreation Jewels throughout the pop-up, allowing customers to discover both brands in one thoughtfully curated space.
It was a collaboration that felt incredibly natural. Both brands celebrate colour, craftsmanship and pieces designed to bring a little more joy to everyday life, making Cannes the perfect place to come together.

Bringing Recreation Jewels to Cannes During the Film Festival
Hosting our pop-up during the Cannes Film Festival made the experience even more memorable.
The city was buzzing from morning until late at night, welcoming filmmakers, creatives, press, celebrities and visitors from all over the world. Throughout the week we met customers from across Europe, locals from the Côte d'Azur, holidaymakers visiting Cannes and members of our own community who came to see us while attending the festival.
One of the most rewarding parts of hosting international pop-ups is getting to meet our customers face-to-face. Whether someone had been following Recreation Jewels for years or had just discovered us while walking past the boutique, it was so special to introduce them to the brand in person.
