Walk-in Charm Bar
Our shop has a Charm Bar you can use any day we're open. Choose your chain and charms at the counter, and our team will put your piece together for you. Wait in the shop, or come back later to collect it.
- No booking needed
- Usually ready in 15 to 30 minutes, up to an hour on busy weekends
- Earlier in the day is quieter, especially at weekends

Do I need to book?
Only for the Private Charm Bar at 44 Hanover Street. Our Walk-in Charm Bar at 20 Thistle Street is open to everyone, no booking needed.
How much does it cost?
You pay for the chain and charms you choose. Online, chains start at £10 and charms at £7.50, and we can put your piece together for you from £5, or add an £8 tool kit and do it yourself.
A private session is £5.99 per person to book. Jewellery is priced separately.
How long does it take?
At the Walk-in Charm Bar, usually 15 to 30 minutes, and up to an hour on busy weekends. You can wait in the shop or come back later.
Private sessions are 30 minutes for one person and 45 minutes for two. For bigger groups, allow 45 to 60 minutes.
Can we come as a group?
Yes. Pick your group size when you book, from 1 to 9, or choose 10+ to book with a deposit. For groups of 6 or more we offer discounts and party packages: email charmbar@recreationjewels.com with your group size and preferred date.
Do you host private parties or kids' parties?
Yes. Email us at charmbar@recreationjewels.com and we can accommodate any needs.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own drinks (BYOB) for an extra £5. Any questions, just email us at charmbar@recreationjewels.com.

Yes. Everything is made during your visit, so you can leave wearing it.
