Private appointments start from £5.99 per person and include exclusive studio access, set-up, and a dedicated team member to help bring your piece to life.
Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ day, or simply wanting a unique experience with friends, your jewellery is assembled during your appointment and designed completely by you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED Charm Bar Questions
How long does the Charm Bar experience take?
Most appointments last between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on group size and how many charms you choose.
Is there an age minimum?
No! Our Charm Bar is open to all ages.
Guests aged 15+ are welcome to attend independently. Guests under 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and will need a consent form signed before taking part.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes — a £5.99 per person booking fee is required to reserve your private Charm Bar appointment. Jewellery is purchased separately during your appointment.
Is jewellery included in the booking fee?
No — the booking fee covers private studio hire, staffing, and set-up between appointments. Chains are £10 each for either a bracelet or necklace base, with charms ranging from £7.50–£15.
Can large groups book?
Yes — we welcome birthdays, hen parties, corporate events, and larger group bookings. If your group is larger than the options listed online, please email charmbar@recreationjewels.com.
Can we bring drinks or snacks?
Yes — we offer a BYOB option for private bookings at £5 per person. Please let us know in advance by emailing charmbar@recreationjewels.com so we can arrange this for your appointment.
We can also help arrange cakes or additional add-ons for birthdays, hen parties, and special occasions.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend on jewellery during your appointment.
Can I bring someone who has not booked the Charm Bar?
This depends on availability on the day. As our studio can get busy with other bookings, we ideally ask that anyone attending the appointment also books and takes part in the Charm Bar experience with you.
