About The Job

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at the heart of Recreation Jewels during our busiest season. You’ll be working across our Thistle Street store and our Hanover Street Charm Bar, supporting both retail and customer experience.

No two days are the same. From helping customers build their perfect stack, to making matcha, creating charm bracelets, and bringing energy to the store through flyering and in-person interactions, you’ll play a key role in shaping the RJ experience.

We’re looking for people who are confident, personable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and a genuine interest in the brand.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who can confidently take on a variety of responsibilities across both retail and customer experience:

• Deliver a friendly, confident and high-quality customer experience in store

• Support customers in styling jewellery and building their own charm pieces

• Make and serve matcha drinks at our in-store matcha bar

• Manage tills and support in-store sales, working towards daily targets and KPIs

• Maintain strong attention to detail when handling and restocking stock

• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Be comfortable appearing in TikTok and social content, contributing to the brand’s online presence

• Support flyering, in-store events and overall store energy during busy periods

We’re open to a mix of full-time and part-time roles over the summer, including weekend availability.
