Join Our Team as a Shop Assistant

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and detail-oriented people to join the team at our Edinburgh store.

As a shop assistant, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer — from styling jewellery to keeping displays perfect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll gain experience in retail, visual merchandising, events, and content creation — and there’s potential to grow into a managerial role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times

• Manage and restock over 600 SKUs with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and sales targets

• Assist with events, influencer visits, and content creation where needed

Who We’re Looking For:

Full-time availability (5 days a week, including weekends) or Part Time (weekends)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a high workload

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred

• Passionate about jewellery, fashion, and creating memorable in-store experiences
