About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, numbers-driven intern to support the behind-the-scenes operations of Recreation Jewels. From managing orders and stock to supporting events and planning new pop-up locations, you’ll play a key role in helping the brand run smoothly and grow.

You’ll work directly with the founder and gain real experience across logistics, customer service, product management, and PR coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Order management and returns
  • Inventory and stock coordination
  • Shopify backend updates and product uploads
  • Responding to customer service enquiries
  • Coordinating gifting, press and influencer outreach
  • Planning and prepping for pop-ups and events
  • Researching and scouting future pop-up locations
  • Tracking performance metrics and key data
  • Supporting day-to-day logistics and general admin
